Utsav Rock Garden is a renowned educational and cultural tourist destination in Karnataka. It is an extraordinary art village and sculpture park that portrays the fading rural heritage through thousands of sculptures. Situated alongside the Pune–Bengaluru National Highway at Kotgodi village in Shiggaon Taluk of Haveri District, this indoor and outdoor sculpture museum has been conceptualized and artistically directed by Dr. Vedarani Dasanur, who has dedicated herself to this vision for the past 18 years.

Through painting, sculpture, architectural art, and folk art forms, Utsav Rock Garden has been developed into a premier cultural center and a museum of the highest standards—preserving and celebrating the native traditions of India through art.
